Peter Andrew, retired SFA professor of graphic design and Fulbright Fellow, presents plein air and studio paintings that explore the expressive power of color and nature. A nationally exhibited artist and member of the New York Society of Illustrators, Andrew’s work reflects decades of study with noted colorists, including Wolf Kahn and Sy Sillman. His career includes illustration and mural work for hospitals, museums, and the U.S. Army, as well as consulting for leading art material brands. Celebrating Light & Color captures Andrew’s lifelong devotion to light, place, and the beauty of the natural world
