Homeschool students in grades K-5 are invited to the EcoAdventures event from 9:30 -11:30 a.m. on September 24. Students will visit four activity stations featuring nature-based, interactive, science activities hosted by SFA Gardens staff and volunteers. The event will be held at the Pineywoods Native Plant Center, 2900 Raguet Street, Nacogdoches.
The cost is $5 per student, and there is no charge for accompanying adults. Pre-registration is required. Students in grades higher than K-5 may attend and participate if they are registered.
Parking at the Pineywoods Native Plant Center will be reserved for vehicles displaying a valid disabled parking placard or license plate. All other participants should park at the SFA Commuter Parking Lot and allow enough time for a 15-minute walk to the event site. Parking permits are required at either location.
