Global Ed Venture: Future Teachers Expedition to London & Paris

In this foundational learning adventure, students embark on an unforgettable journey into a two-week immersive field experience in schools within a borough of bustling London. While gaining unique cultural perspectives in this enriching educational endeavor, participants will also have the opportunity to explore renowned museums, art galleries, historic landmarks, theaters and concert venues in London and Paris. This study abroad expedition ignites a passion for global learning and cultural exchange through transformative adventures and interpersonal connections.

During the experiential learning journey, students will have the opportunity to:

• Engage in collaborative activities with British educators, conducting a comparative analysis of pedagogical methods, curriculum structures and cultural influences during visits to primary schools in Kingston Upon Thames

• Introduce children to Texan culture and lead sessions on country line dancing

• Explore iconic landmarks in London, such as the British Museum, Tower of London, Buckingham Palace and other notable sites

• Embark on a train journey to Paris to visit the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, The Historic Center, and The Palace and Gardens of Versailles, among others
