3K Run and Walk event change
April 30, 2025 - 4:57 p.m.
Due to inclement weather in our region, including a tornado watch and potential flooding, the 3K Run and Walk event has been moved indoors to the Baker Pattillo Student Center Spirit Lounge. The event has been modified into a come-and-go commitment-to-run ceremony.
Stop by between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. to:
- Sign a pledge card
- Collect your commemorative T-shirt celebrating the investiture of Dr. Neal Weaver as Stephen F. Austin State University’s 11th president -Take photos with our special backdrop
- Enjoy complimentary popcorn
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to President Dr. Neal Weaver and First Lady Kristi Weaver on this momentous occasion.
We look forward to celebrating with each of you at the Presidential Investiture Ceremony Thursday morning.
