Faculty members,

We hope you will make plans to participate in the upcoming Presidential Investiture Ceremony for SFA President Neal Weaver at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 1, in Turner Auditorium.

To ensure an accurate number of seats are reserved, faculty members are asked to RSVP using the link below and indicate one of the following:

1. Yes, you plan to participate in the processional.
2. You plan to attend the ceremony but do not plan to participate in the processional.
3. You are unable to attend the ceremony on May 1.

RSVP no later than 5 p.m. Friday, April 25.

The ceremony will include a faculty processional, similar to the one held during graduation.

• Each participant in the procession is required to wear full regalia.
• Faculty members participating in the procession should arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
  • Arrive by 9:15 a.m.
• Faculty members will enter Griffith Fine Arts Building and proceed to the Flex Theatre. There will be signs and staff members to direct you.
