Second Vaccination Clinic

Hello!
This is a reminder that the second Moderna COVID-19 vaccination clinic is scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday of this week. Please be aware of the additional traffic that will be expected in the area around the Student Recreation Center.
If you received a vaccination during the first clinic, your second vaccination is scheduled this week at the same time as your original appointment. If you were vaccinated on Wednesday during the first clinic, you are scheduled to receive your second dose on Wednesday, Feb. 24; for those who received their vaccination Thursday, Jan. 28, your second vaccination is this Thursday.
You must bring your vaccination record card and ID to the event in order to receive your second dose.
The clinic once again will be at the SFA Student Recreation Center, the same location as first vaccination clinic. This clinic is only for individuals who received their first COVID-19 vaccination at the SFA Student Recreation Center on Jan. 27-28.
