Campus wellness resources for troubling times
Feb. 28, 2022 - 3:44 p.m.
Dear Lumberjacks,
We recognize the surge of unsettling news on state, national and international levels that can negatively affect our mental health, especially those who feel personally affected.
The Lumberjack community is here to support you. While we may come from different walks of life and be impacted in different ways, we share our connections as Lumberjacks and human beings.
There are many resources across campus to support you as students, faculty and staff:

As we continue through the week and into spring break, please remember how important it is for us to support each other as a community. Speak to a friend, colleague or family member if you are upset. Reach out for help, if you need it. Each of us is a valued member of the Lumberjack family and we can get through the toughest challenges together.
Sincerely,
Scott A. Gordon, President
