Dear Campus Community:

Over the course of this academic year, several faculty have asked for the comprehensive SFA budget to be made available online. While summary budget information has been on the budget website for some time, some faculty have been concerned that the comprehensive budget has only been available in the Steen Library and in hardcopy format.

To address these concerns and the fact that budget and salary information have been located in disparate locations and formats, we have - in our continued commitment to transparency – developed a comprehensive online budget that can be accessed with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the website www.sfasu.edu/budget.
2. Click on “Fiscal Year 2020-2021” within the Comprehensive Annual Budget section.
3. Click the blue “Next” button to validate your credentials.
4. Sign in to Microsoft using your SFA email address, and click the blue “Next” button.
5. Enter your SFA username and password.
6. Select if you would like to stay signed in or not; either choice will lead to the comprehensive online annual budget.
7. View the annual budget.
8. Once initial authentication is completed, subsequent authentication may not be required for a period of time.
