SFA honors President George H.W. Bush
SFA observed a brief moment of silence at 9 a.m. today to remember President George H.W. Bush, who died Friday, Nov. 30. Also, the Carillon Bells at Turner Auditorium will toll every hour on the hour as a sign of reverence and mourning.
Bush was a friend to SFA, and that friendship is commemorated by the wreath and flags that have been placed at the display of his handprints in the Baker Pattillo Student Center Spirit Lounge.

Now that Nacogdoches is experiencing colder temperatures — for the time being anyway — we're able to don our winter fashions.
For anyone who desires something on the fancier side, the puffer coat evening gown might be right up your alley. If it's not in your budget this year, you could settle for a sweatshirt blanket or giant tube sock.
